Rainbow Riches Casinos is an affiliate website. We earn commission when readers sign up at some of the online casinos we review. This page explains exactly how our affiliate relationships work, what they do and don’t affect, and why we disclose them openly on every page.

What Is Affiliate Marketing?

Affiliate marketing is a commercial arrangement where a publisher (us) places links to advertisers’ sites (casino operators). When a reader clicks a link and signs up or deposits money, the advertiser pays the publisher a commission. In the UK gambling industry, commission is usually structured as either:

• CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) — a one-off payment when a referred player deposits and stakes a qualifying amount. Typical range: £30-£300 per qualifying player.
• Revenue Share — a percentage of the referred player’s net gaming revenue, paid monthly for as long as the account is active. Typical range: 20-40%.
• Hybrid — a smaller CPA plus lower revenue share.

The specific deal varies by operator, by affiliate and by market. We don’t publish the individual commercial terms because they’re commercially confidential, but the structures are common industry knowledge.

What Our Affiliate Relationships Affect

What they DO affect:

• Which operators have conversion buttons on this site. Only the top 10 get “Claim Offer” buttons. Other operators are reviewed for information only with no commercial link.
• Which operators appear in the top 10 ranking. We only earn from operators that meet our six-dimension evaluation, so our commercial interest is constrained to operators we’d recommend anyway. This is a deliberate structural choice.
• Whether we continue business relationships. If an operator’s UKGC standing deteriorates, we drop them from the top 10 and end the commercial relationship — even though this costs us revenue.

What they DO NOT affect:

• Rankings within the top 10. Operators do not pay for higher positions. Position is determined solely by our composite rating.
• Editorial content. Operators do not review, approve, or influence our review text. They see it when you do.
• Factual claims. We will publish unfavourable facts about promoted operators if those facts are relevant and correct.
• Tier 2 reviews. Operators not in our top 10 do not receive more-flattering content because they want to join the top 10.

What You Should Know Before Clicking

When you click an affiliate link on this site:

1. Your browser is directed to the operator’s site, usually via a tracking URL on the affiliate network’s servers.
2. A cookie is set so that, if you register and deposit, we are credited with the referral. Cookie lifetime varies by operator (typically 30-90 days).
3. Your personal information and deposit amounts are not shared with us directly — we only know that “a signup happened” via the affiliate’s reporting interface.
